Today marks the end of the Ramadan fasting, and all Muslims across the world is in a celebratory mood. It is a no surprise to see Muslims celebrate this remarkable day because during the entire month of Ramadan, they are obliged to fast each day of the month from dawn till sunset. They do this without food or drinks amidst prayers.
As expected of every leader, former President of Ghana and leader of the largest opposition party in the country, John Dramani Mahama has dropped a simple but powerful and inspiring message for every Muslim across Ghana, and beyond our borders.
Mahama is known to be one of the finest political leaders Ghana has ever had considering his leadership experience and performance during his tenure as President. His unique prowess in leadership is also evident in his role in various spheres of life.
In a post sighted on his official Facebook page, he sent this inspiring message to Muslims as they marked the end of such remarkable fast. He said; "Eid Mubarak. Wishing you and your family a blessed Eid and a happy holiday."
This is a good news and a pleasure to every Muslim across Ghana, to have such a leader remember them in these times.
