"Somebody Should Tell Me The Sense In The National Cathedral" - Kwesi Pratt

Political activist and a senior journalist, Kwesi Pratt has once again reacted to the intended plan of government to construct a Cathedral for the country.

Speaking on Pan Africa TV this morning, Kwesi Pratt once again showed disappointment in the government for going ahead to build the National Cathedral.

He added that the government destroyed state properties to build an unwanted Cathedral. He clearly revealed that there is no sense in the construction of the Cathedral because it will put burden on Ghanaians. He asked Ghanaians to tell him the sense in building the project which calls for the destruction of another project before that project starts.

"You pulled down state valuable resources to construct the national cathedral. Somebody should tell me the sense in this. No sense. It is shocking" he said.

He added that the president made it clear to the public that he wants to build a house for God and for that matter he will not use the taxes of Ghanaians to do such project. He sent a question to the president to explain why he is now using the taxes of Ghanaians to construct such project now.
