The recent circulating news that has undoubtedly sparked massive stir, debates, and arguments across all social media platforms was when another renowned NPP member boldly sent another serious message to the members of the largest opposition party, NDC campaigning against the building of the National Cathedral.
Speaking in a recent interview on Asempa Fm, the member of the ruling NPP, Charles Owusu unexpectedly dared the members of the NDC aside making it clear that, nobody in the country can stop the building of the national cathedral even though the NDC’s Okudzeto Ablakwa and others strongly agreed otherwise.
“Ghanaians talk a lot including denying the construction of the house of God. They should not attempt; no politician shouldn’t attempt to use politics against the building of the cathedral. We won’t allow that to happen. If we take Christianity from Ghana, there will be no Ghana. Bishop Duncan Willams, Mensah Otabil, Harold Mills and all the pastors on the board of trustees should stop what they are doing. Nobody in this country can stop the building of the national cathedral; it will be built to the glory of God”, Charles Owusu emphatically revealed.
