The Member of Parliament for Tamale Central, Murtala Mohammed expressed his concern on television to the host (Lantam Papanko) of 'GH TODAY' on GHONE television that; he expects his co-panelist not to be aggressive on the program since they are in the month of Ramadan.
The MP made this statement when he was giving his submission on the issue of commuters still refusing to use the Madina footbridge.
According to him, the month of Ramadan provides an opportunity for people to share what they have with the needy and the poor whether Muslims or non- Muslims.
"I think it's also for us to guard our tongue, our chastity, and our purity. So, I expect that because we are in the month of Ramadan, my brother wouldn't be aggressive on this program because we all need to guard our tongue." - he said
He concluded by wishing all Muslims in Ghana a happy month of Ramadan.
