Church of Pentecost Ghana, congratulate Asante Kotoko Coach Prosper Ogum for winning GPL title

The Church of Pentecost, (COP), Ghana, has congratulated Asante Kotoko Coach Prosper Nartey Ogum for winning the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League, GPL title for the club.

The helmsman has led the Porcupines to the top-flight title for the first time in eight years after dominating this season's championship against all odds.

With two matches to end the campaign, Kotoko leads the standing by 10 points and, they will be officially crowned champions of the competition on Sunday after their penultimate league game with Elmina Sharks.

And in recognition of this achievement with the record Ghana champions, the COP, has sent a congratulatory message to Coach Ogum who is a member of the church.

Coach Ogum worships with the OLA Branch of the church in Cape Coast where he is a registered member of the congregation together with his family.

The COP is elated about the exploits of their church member who took up the role as Asante Kotoko coach just before the start of this season.

He has been in charge of the Porcupines for less than a year and in winning the GPL in his first season, Coach Ogum has proven those who doubted him wrong.

The gaffer will look to build on this achievement next season as Kotoko competes for more honours domestically and in their African campaign.
