Bawumia lauds religious leaders for their roles in ensuring a tolerant, peaceful society

The Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has lauded Muslim and Christian innovators in Ghana for their huge commitments to strict resilience and harmony in the country. 

Tending to large number of Muslims on Saturday, at the 2021 National Maulid - the festival of the introduction of Prophet Muhammad, S.A.W - Dr. Bawumia said Ghana's worldwide qualifications as a strict lenient and a serene country, has been made conceivable by the arrangement and kinship between heads of the two significant religions in the country. 

"The expanding pace of strict resilience in the nation, prompting the harmony we keep on appreciating, has been the aggregate endeavors of all, including, Muslim and Christian pioneers," Dr. Bawumia said.
