Ex-Prez Mahama Visits Bishop Dag Heward-Mills & Extends His Condolences To The Family (+Photos)

As many Ghanaians are aware, the Ghanaian evangelist, pastor, author, and conference speaker, Bishop Dag Heward-Mills lost his son, Dr. David Heward-Mills a few days ago. The founder and presiding Bishop of the United Denominations Originating from the Lighthouse Group of Churches were extremely sad when the news about the death of his son got to his doorsteps.

Many prominent men after this have visited Bishop Dag Heward-Mills and extended their condolences to him and the family. The former President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama was yesternight, Thursday, 21st April 2022 captured at Bishop Dag Heward-Mills' to extend his condolences to the family over the demise of their son.

Former President John Dramani Mahama told Bishop Dag Heward-Mills that he knows that losing a child is one of the most painful experiences in life but he prayed that the Lord strengthen him in these difficult times. John Mahama also extends his wife, Lordina Mahama's condolences to Bishop Dag Heward Mills.

John Mahama was in the company of some NDC national executives including Mr. John Asiedu Nketia, the General Secretary of their party, Mr. Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, the National Chairman of the NDC, among others.

This is what former President John Dramani Mahama wrote on his official Instagram page:

"I visited the Heward-Mills family on Thursday evening to express my condolences to Bishop Dag and the family on the loss of their son, Dr. David Heward-Mills.

Losing your child is a painful experience. Bishop Dag, his family, and the church's loss are our loss. We all feel deep pain.

I also expressed the condolences of my wife, Lordina, and the National Democratic Congress to the family and the Lighthouse Group of Churches".
