What Bible has said about homosexuality.
Ghana is a nation that respects every person's rights. As a nation Ghanaians also want to protect their culture. We are not going to tolerate any act that contradicts the teachings and norms of society. Though others are fighting for their rights. LGBTQ as an act does not only goes against our tradition, no religious body in Ghana (Christianity, Islamic and Tradition) accepts this act and therefore must not be accepted.
Today let's have a look at their Bible verse that speaks about homosexuality or LGBTQ. When reading pray for God to bless you with the Holy Spirit to help you understand.
Romans 1:26-27 (New International Version)
26 Because of this, God gave them over(A) to shameful lusts. (B) Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. (C) 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men and received in themselves the due penalty for their error. (D)
1Corinthians6:9-10 (English Standard Version)
9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous[a] will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: (A)neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality,[b] 10 nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
1 Timothy 1:10 (New International Version)
10 for the sexually immoral, for those practising homosexuality, for slave traders and liars and perjurers—and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine(A)
After reading you should decide by yourself whether this act should be tolerated in Ghana or not. Let's all support passing the anti-LGBTQ bill for a better Ghana for all. Thank you.
Like and share because it will change someone mind on LGBTQ.
