When completed, the new place of worship to be constructed by Winners Chapel will be one to behold and a climax structure.
The structure will possibly contain more than 100,000 seats, all of which will be majestic and classic in style.
The name allocated to this 100,000 seater church is 'The Ark'. According to David Oyedepo, the General Overseer who is also the Founder, 160 billion naira (GHS 2,260,600,187.20) will be necessary to finish the construction.
David Oyedepo recently preached to his congregation about how God moved a participant's spirit to donate one billion naira (GHS 14,128,751.17) in support of the project.
He again revealed that someone again among them contributed $1 million (N410 million which also equal to GHS 5,785,745.17) to the project.
He warned his followers not to be greedy to the things of God, saying that if they are touched to do the things of God, God will be driven to benefit them.
He also instructed his congregation of the scripture that specifies that if we pursue first the kingdom of God, everything else will be added on to us.
This was said in a cropped out video of him preaching.
