We usually hear of is the Senior high schools and universities attended by the big men and the top politicians in Ghana. But a few of them make known to the general public the particular church they fellow.
Apart from the Muslims among them, we hardly know the churches the Christians among them attend. In this article I will disclose the names of the churches attended by these top politicians and big men in Ghana.
Mr Ofosu Ampofo who is the national chairman of the opposition national Democratic Congress attends the church of Pentecost. He is not a mere member of the church but a church elder.
The current Inspector General of Police, Mr. Akuffo Dampare is Also a Pentecostal who attends the Tesano central branch.
Dr Kwame Despite is another staunch member of the church of Pentecost. He's been a Pentecostal from his childhood days at Kumasi.
The Asantehene, Otumfour Osei Tutu the second is a member of the Anglican church. He is a regular member who fellows at the Manhyia branch of the Anglican church.
The General secretary of the opposition national Democratic Congress, Mr. Assiedu Nketia is a staunch member of the Presbyterian church Ghana.
Honorable Kyei Mensah Bonsu who is the majority leader of the Parliament house fellows at the Assemblies of God. He is also believed to be a church elder at the East legon branch.
The current speaker of Parliament, Right honorable Alban Bagbin is also a member of the Christ the King Church. But other sources confirms he at times fellow at the Roman Catholic church.
John Dramani Mahama who is the former president of the republic of Ghana is another staunch member of the Assemblies of God Church. He has also been a member from his childhood days.
The current president of the republic, President Akufo Addo is also believed to be a member of the Presbyterian church Ghana who worships at the Nima branch.
