Understand who you are in Christ.
Luke 2:14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
John 9: 1-5
1. And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth.
2 And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind?
3 Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.
4 I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work. Note: Jesus wanted to show the work of God manifest in the man
5 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.
(As long as you are in this community, you are the light of the world. So shine for the whole community to benefit from your light.)
The power of God has an anointing that works miracles.
Do we tell ourselves the same thing as Jesus said "as long as I'm in the world I'm the light of the world."
Acts 1:13- 14
13 And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room, where abode both Peter, and James, and John, and Andrew, Philip, and Thomas, Bartholomew, and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon Zelotes, and Judas the brother of James.
14 These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.
And without powder you can do nothing, Jesus without power could not begin his ministry. So therefore you cannot start your ministry without power.
