Pentecost church embarks on another ambitious project after building prisons

The Church of Pentecost (COP) has distributed the timetable of a goal-oriented task to plant 1,000,000 trees in May and June 2021. 

The Environmental Care Campaign shapes part of the five-year vital vision of the Church (Vision 2023) named "Having the Nations." 


As indicated by the COP, the trees would be planted in a joint effort with the Forestry Commission beginning May 29, 2021 when the Pentecost Men's Ministry (PEMEM) are booked to plant 50,000 seedlings the nation over. 


On June 5, 2021, another 100,000 trees would be planted by the Evangelism Ministry the country over followed by another exertion by the pastorate, Women's Ministry and Children's Ministry which would alternate to plant 500,000 seedlings on Friday, June 11, 2021. 


The task would be peaked on June 12, 2021, with the Youth Ministry planting 350,000 seedlings from one side of the country to the other. 


The COP is lead by Apostle Eric Nyamekye. 


The COP as of late fabricated and gave a jail camp to the Ghana Prisons Service at Ejura in the Ashanti Region.
