Many people have wondered how gay couples can procreate when they are married. Apart from the fact that homosexuality is an abomination in God's eyes, many people opposed it because there is no biological way to reproduce. This does not, however, deter people who are interested in same sex from participating in the act.
Because our culture and constitution do not condone such Sodom and Gomorra behaviour, Ghana is one of many African countries that have refused same-sex marriages. Despite foreign pressure, successive governments have been able to retain the country's integrity by refusing to accept LGBTQI people in the country. However, there are a number of lesbians and gays in Ghana, both inside and outside the country. Dorcas and Linder are one of the most well-known lesbian couples whose marriage has surprised the nation.
Dorcas and Linder are both from Ghana, but they currently live in London, where they legally married. They surprised the world with their pregnancy just a few years after their marriage. They have two boys, Tweens, who celebrated their first birthday just a few days ago. The couples celebrated their babies and thanked God for their lives in adorable photos shared on their social media pages. According to the couples, they bought a sperm from a donor and fertilized it with Dorcas egg and inserted it in to Linder’s womb. That is the only way they could procreate.
