Generally, old women have a lower libido because of age-related physiological, psychological, and social transitions. Although sexual desire reduces gradually with age in both men and women, women are two to three times more susceptible to such decline.
In Ghana, once women cross 50 years and become widows, They don't bother to get married again because their sex drive is even low. What they care about most at that age is how to take care of their grandchildren as they wait for eternal rest with their maker.
But an old woman, probably in her 80s has shocked a presenter who went to interview her about her health. The female presenter of Oheneba TV told the old woman that if she look at her she could see that physically she is okay but her eye problem is the issue. The old woman replied to the presenter by saying "My health condition is fine but my problem is my waist pains. I want a man to marry but waist pains are preventing me".
The young female presenter was amazed that an old woman at this age will be thinking of making love to a man instead of getting her eye problem solved. In other words, what the old woman was telling the presenter is that she is not worried about her eye problem but about her sexual life.
