A lady is seeking for advice in a relationship

I am a lady of 26 years dating a man of 41 years...We have been dating for almost 2 years now. I met him on my way to work one early morning, He stopped me and started talking to me, i was in a hurry so i just gave him my number and told him that we we will talk later. From that time he has been disturbing me saying he wants to take me out and to date me...I was rejecting him at first because he wasn't my kind of guy. At that the time too i was single and lived a very lonely life. I just close from work and head straight to the house and then back to work. That was my everyday life. He continued insisting so after sometime i decided to just try him and see. He took me out several places and even bought me somethings mostly on our way back. Honestly speaking he is very caring and generous and knows how to treat a lady. I didn't really feel anything for him still at that time but decided to still give him a try and see whether my feelings change in the future. He is well to do and was previously married but the wife died and so has just one child. He has his own house, some shops and a number of workers who work for him. My problem now is that he is not well educated. He finished JHS and didn't continue from there. I completed my first degree at Central University where i did my first degree. To make it worse. The way he dresses when we he is going out really puts me off. His dress sense is really bad. I try sometimes not to go to occasions with him because of that but he is always insisting. He is the type that likes to talk a lot...He can go on and on and one which is also a turn off for me. It makes it very difficult to introduce him to people as my man...( i like him as a person and not looking down on him. don't get me wrong). He is proposing we get married but the love is not really growing for him as i expected. he has done a lot of me. At this point i don't know whether to leave him or to stay. I need your advise please.
