As reported the divorce and matrimonial division of the Accra high court has cancelled the marriage between the communication director at the presidency Eugene Arhin and his wife Gloria Assan. The politician has been asked by the judge to abide by the ruling which reads that he pays her ex wife GHC 100,000, give her 3 cars and 5 bedroom uncompleted building at Kpone Katamanso.
In addition he has been ordered to pay all bills of the children and have access to the children when the ex wife is around and all children be given to the ex wife. This formed the basis for the topic of discussion: 'divorce and its effects' on Angel FM hosted by Kofi Adoma Anwawani.
Counselor Lutterodt who was called on phone to solicit for his views on marriage and divorce indicated that marriage will never become unattractive but it will become more attractive.
He added, out of that attractiveness many will take interest in marriage especially due to the fact that a man who isn't married is useless and doesn't know the benefit of marriage. A divorce partner is more useful than a man who hasn't married before.
The pastor continued by saying marriage is a complex concept to understand and even Jesus Christ wasn't courageous to marry because women are impossible to understand. Hence it takes a mad man to marry and any man who gets married is either mad or brave.
