The supreme court has told the NDC flagbearer's lead counsel, Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata to avoid bringing in issues when dealing with Jean Mensa
This comes after Tsatsu Tsikata tried to convince the EC chairperson, Jean Mensa to mount the witness box today
Tsatsu Tsikata in his statement said Jean Mensa should testify before the court to glorify God she serves so that truth will prevail.
However the judges of the apex warned Tsatsu Tsikata to avoide bringing in Jean Mensah's religious affiliation. Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata made this argument after he present to the supreme to reopen John Dramani Mahama's case to subpoena Jean Mensa.
But the supreme court warned Tsatsu Tsikata to stop bringing in religious mater as only that cannot add any prove of the case. The supreme court warned him not to blackmail her with her lover for God.
