Jealous Boyfriend Poisons Lady And Family, Set House Ablaze In Central Region

Assin Aworoso Municipal police command in the Central Region have arrested and detained a middle aged man, Kofi Bokor for allegedly setting a 3 bedroom house occupied by his girlfriend on fire on last Thursday
The eye witness who saw the incidence said Kofi Bokor planned to kill his girlfriend by putting poison in her food after the latter informed him to end the relationship and travel outside the community to start her life all afresh
In his attempt to stop his girlfriend from traveling and leaving him with their daughter, Kofi Bokor sneaked into his girlfriend, Sakina's room which has been occupied by sakina and her siblings and set the house on fire.
The family detected the fire and ran out of the room while the house got razed down.
According to sources, this is the second time the man has tried to end the lady's life as he has already tried poisoning her food
