A popular counselor by name D. Y. Donkor has advised women against having too much sex as it has future implications. According to this man, having a lot of sex does not show love. He stated that, "When sex takes the center stage of dating and courtship, it blinds the ladies and doesn’t help them to study the men to know whether they are good for them"
He made this statement on Angel FM.
Before any couple get married, there is sometimes a need for courtship which is the study of each other. However, most people use this period as a base to have more sex. According to the counsellor, when this happens, it makes the courtship irrelevant. This is because, the women may get blind to know if the their husbands to be are really good in character or not. The women may get blind with the number of sex and forget other qualities of a man.
This did not go well with some Ghanaians as they believe that what the counsellor said was very hilarious and for that matter, his license should even be revoked.
Below are some comments on social media.
However, most people believe that, what the man said was the absolute truth. Some also are opposing the idea as they believe that, what matters in marriage most is sex and nothing else.
