Kwaku Appiah met a lady by the name of Diana Nyarko well known as Kukuah at Accra, the lady was having a 1-year-old child with her at that time. The two of them got into a relationship and he promised to take care of his stepchild. Kwaku said he went to meet the lady's family members and did a knocking ceremony.
Kukuah then gave birth a few months later, the two of them started buying the things they will use in getting married and she kept those things at her sister's place. His fiancee again conceived when their child was four years later but she told him to help her abort the baby, he didn't agree with her decision but warned her never to do any abortion.
The lady then gave her a condition that she will only agree to give birth if he legally gets married to her before she will deliver. Kwaku said he pleaded with her to give birth first then they will get married, he then gave her money to go for antenatal. Three months later his fiancee called to beg him that she slept with another man when she went to her hometown so she had a suspicion that he is not responsible for the pregnancy.
He was surprised about what his fiancee told him, he told her to come to his house so that they will settle that issue but Kukuah never came back to him. He went with his uncle to Kukuah's family house but her mother told them that she is still in Accra. Kwaku said his fiancee gave birth to twins but she still insisted that the twins are not his biological kids. The man said he wants to conduct a DNA test to confirm the paternity of the twins before he will allow his fiancee to be with her new boyfriend.
