The number of times to have sex is the topmost argument between people in a relationship these days.
From my point of view, there is no proven number by scientists. The number of times should depend on what satisfies you and your partner, whether four times a day, once a week or twice every month etc.
Also, regular sex has a lot of benefits in a relationship as well as health aspects too.
According to a study published in January 2015 in the America Journal of cardiology, sex is a form of exercise that improves heart rate and helps lower blood pressure.
Also, good orgasm sex helps women to get relief from pain and menstrual cramps.
Regular sex reduces the risk of prostate cancer in men. A study published in December 2016 in the journal of urology found that men who have sex regularly and ejaculate frequently have a lower chance of developing prostate cancer than men who did not.
Sex also helps one to get better sleep. During sex, the brain releases the love hormone oxytocin. Oxytocin increases orgasm and excitement. After orgasm, melatonin follows, the primary hormone for sleep regulation. That’s why you feel sleepy after sex.
Sex brings a happier mood and strengthens the bond in a relationship. The love hormone increases bonding, affection and trust. So guys, one tip to win her trust and make her store your memories permanently.
Also, regular sex makes you feel younger and have good loving skin.
