Most at times when a powerful person or a celebrity does something against the law, nothing seems to be done about it but this time, the IGP has shown that Ghana is a sovereign country abided by effective laws. I guess you heard the news last night that one of our vibrant musicians has been shot by some unknown gun men. After this news came by, a video of a pastor prophesying about the death of Shatta Wale on 18th Oct, 2021 came up. This was something that left many people worried because the Ghana Police Service also noted last night that they have been looking for Shatta Wale all over but can't be found. Thank God, a statement from him was read early today and demanded that arrest of the pastor who prophesied about his death.
The pastor who taken by the police few hours ago due to the prophecy he made about Shatta Wale. It has also been rumored that it was Medikal who ordered the arrest of the pastor. This evening, the main party involved in this joke has been handcuffed by the police for playing with the laws of the country. TV3 reporting this news on social media noted that it was the Dancehall artist who turned himself in to the police.
Ghanaians have been arguing on social media after the arrest of Shatta Wale. Some have been saying Jesus Christ who is the King of the world went to prison so it's normal if Shatta Wale also goes to prison. Some too have been saying he should be imprisonment with hard labor so that others celebrities will learn how to respect the laws of the land. Some people too have been praising him because they believe pastors will think twice when giving a prophecy about someone.
