Zhou is also seen pouring water on her boss in the 14-minute video that has gone viral on Chinese social network Weibo.
She says she received three unwelcome text messages from him, and that he even sent identical messages to her coworkers.
According to The Independent, Zhou's superior, Wang, was fired as a result of the incident.
About a week ago, Zhou lodged a police complaint against her employer, and investigators were reportedly looking into it before the video of her went viral.
Several people on social media have praised her for her bravery and courage action and also demanding justice for her.
