The Victims involved are receiving treatment at New Takoradi Health Centre.
Sources told opera news that, Ghana railway Workers train, which serves as a shuttle for Children from Kojokrom developed a fault causing chaos in the moving train.
We were also told that, smoke was moving from certain parts of the train which sparkled pandemonium and led to the injuries of the children.

Speaking to some of the parents at the health centre, we were told that, that got terrified with the news but as they came to the health centre, they have realised that, the in injuries sustained by the children are minor and are responding to treatment.
Railway transport is one of the means of transport that serve certain parts Takoradi in the Western region of Ghana and this kind of casualties are not easily recorded. The company has promised to put in place proper maintenance mechanism to ensure that, occurrence of this nature does not happen.
