Four Burnt To Death: Leaving Three Seriously Injured in Pakistan

Sukkur is a city in Pakistan province of Sindh along the western bank of Indus River, across from a historic city of Rohri, and is the third largest city in Sindh.

Old Sukkur was initially a small village prior to the establishment of military garrison in 1839.

A report indicates that four people, including two siblings have been burnt to death, three got injured and more than twenty huts got burned to ashes in the district Nawabshah after a fire outbreak.

The report indicates that the fire broke out when the women of Baghir community were cooking at a makeshift set-up in an open area in village Rahmoon Keerio near Sakrand district Nawabshah. The fire spread to the neighbourhood due to heavy winds.

The report also indicate that 10 domestic animals were also burnt to death, while 20 huts of Nomads were gutted. After the fire brigade finally controlled the fire,

the reports said the deceased were identified as six-year-old Lakshman and her five year-old sister Laksmy. their uncle Chundur and another man Krishan, all died.
