Four People are caught today, Tuesday 27th of April 2021 in the bush boiling the meat of a stolen goat at Makantido in the Bimbilla municipal of the Northern region.
The four alleged thieves were boiling the meat this afternoon in the bush and they were suddenly caught by hunters who were hunting for game (bush meat).
The alleged thieves who were identified as residents of Bakpaba community killed the goat and and came to the bush with all the ingredients and and the cooking pot that they will use and prepare the meat.
According to the hunters, the residents always accused them of killing their animals during hunting but they were unable to denied the claim since they were actually into hunting.
As a result of that, they were always on the watch out for those involved in this criminal activities and fortunately on their part, they found the four young men who are involved in this uncalled behaviour.
The relatives of the alleged thieves agreed that this is what those young men always do in the their Community.
The case has been reported to the assemblyman for the area to sanction and discipline the alleged criminals.
