Ghana has a severe drainage system problem and as a result, floods are witnessed annually taking lives and destroying properties and livelihoods.
There was junk of water everywhere restricting the movement of the people at the Adum Market / Bus Station.
The country has already witnessed the severe loss of lives and properties due to floods and if care is not taken we are likely to witness another June 3, 2015.
A disaster that took the lives of over 200 people and destroyed many properties but it seems the leadership of the country is unperturbed. The drainage system of Ghana is abysmal to the point where even raindrops of five minutes can easily cause severe issues of flooding but nobody gives a hoot whatsoever.
