These fatal accident has sorrowfully lead to the lost of lives of two people whilst the rest are receiving treatment at the Tamale Teaching Hospital due to the severe injuries they sustained.
Unfortunately, the overtaking could not end successfully, the the Mercedes Benz Sprinter veered off its lane and collided head-on with the vehicle coming in the opposite direction.
According to reports, the car summersaulted twice and later landed by hitting on of the big trees nearby the road.
Many passengers including the driver sustained severe injuries whilst to people also lost their lives on the spot.
The dead bodies of those who lost their lives has been conveyed to the morgue whilst the passengers and the driver who are severely injured has been taken to the Tamale Teaching Hospital for treatment.
We should be very careful with the way we drive and also advice our drivers not to over speed and also respect road measures in other to curb down road accidents.
