A young commercial bus driver, Shaibu Osman has been arrested for transporting ammunition's from Circle in the capital city of Ghana to Bawku in the Upper East Region and has been granted a bail of GH¢100,000 by the Kaneshie District Court. The young man who uses a Yutong Bus as he mode of transportation wept as his charge was read to him in the dock with it being from abetment of crime to wit possessions of explosives.

Osman pleaded not guilty to his charges but was still charged as his plea was looked over by the presiding judge. The court was presided over by Stephen Tabiri and two (2) of the accused's accomplices Abass Isa, a station master and Ibrahim Mohammed, a burkinabe have also been granted bail of GH¢100,000 each.
