Some people in Ghana are very careless when doing things. They take the laws into their own hands and do things in their selfish interests. Afterwards, they blame the government or even God for the consequences of their own habits or mistakes.
People know very well that it's quite dangerous to do certain things but they consider themselves wise enough to do them. Imagine someone building a house to block a foot path, in a water logged area and any odd place. The government, God or some unknown forces in their families will be blamed when disaster strikes. Check the picture below and give your comment. Someone who considers himself wise has built a house to cover the electricity pole. Well, it is nothing for now until something happens. That's how we are in these parts of the world. What do you think: is it good to put the building at its present location?
