VIP buses not considering increment of fares - VIP general manager, Adakabre Frimpong Manso

The government of Ghana in this year increased the price of fuel more than a single time. The last time the fuel price was increased, all driver's associations came to a single conclusion and increased fares so that their sales may meet up to standard as usual.

It was just a few days ago that fuel prices was increased again. This increment has reflected in all filling stations across the country. Filling stations like Shell, Goil, Frimps, and others were shown on joy media with their new prices.

Just now, the general manager of the Ghana VIP association, Adakabre Frimpong Manso has disclosed that they the VIP association will not increase their prices. According to him, VIP drivers increasing the fare since the last increment of fuel is enough since if they do increase again, life will be difficult for some travellers.

He sighted an example of traveller who pays around 160 cedis just for a bus, how would such person react to an increment. He then advised the drivers to buy fuels only from shell, Goil, petrosol, etc because it may last for them which may not bring any sense in increasing their fuel prices.

Increasing fuel is the only increment that brings all increments. Everyone's job in one way or the other deserves transportation. At the end of the month, they have nothing to write home about.
