The rate at which people are becoming mentally unstable in our communities is becoming serious. Sometimes you see young boys and girls walking down the street doing the unbelievable due to unstable minds.
Recently, if you can recall, a mentally unstable woman murdered a man in Accra and the pain remains in the hearts of most Ghanaians.
A young man between the ages of 20 and 25 was spotted in the market running after cars and people. According to the report, the young man was perfectly well while walking in the market, but unexpectedly began to uncover himself and jumped on a moving vehicle.
In the video, he was seen on top of the vehicle and later stepped down to run on the streets. People in the market were surprised to see the young man in that condition.
