Don't eat these foods at night

Usually after everydays work, you feel tired and wanna rest. And to be able to do that, one needs to take into consideration some facts. Before bedtime when you're worn out and want to get some shut eye, you would probably have dinner as you'll be hungry. But do you know how some foods disrupt your sleep. Sometimes we see a lot of post saying you should not eat spaghetti at night, well it is true though, but have you realized that that is mostly what they base on. There are a lot of foods that disrupts your sleep at night, but we mostly base on one topic.


We'll be thankful because today not only will you know what kinds of food to eat at night, but also you'll be able to sleep well at night. When it's time for bed you shouldn't face troubles or have difficulties in sleeping, therefore below are foods listed that you shouldn't take at night.

Alcohol - well this isn't technically food but it is bad to take in alcohol before bed.

Heavy foods - heavy foods take long to digest at night.

Foods with high water content - waking up to go to the bathroom interrupts sleep, because of bladder control. Since you're not able to control when and when not to pee.

Foods with hidden caffeine - it isn't good to drink caffeine at night when you wanna sleep, because it will keep you awake.

Super sugary treats - I need not stress this point, sugary treats ain't good to eat at night.

Spicy foods.
