GMA: Cloudy Conditions With Severe Thurnderstorm Is Expected Across The Country Today

Ghana Meteorological Agency updates the general populace on a possible cloudy weather conditions throughout the day. This report is on dated 6th of September, 2022.

This conditions coupled with slight drizzling in the Southern part of Ghana are expected.

As at the time of the release of this report, important cities like Accra, Kasoa, Ho, Aflao, Cape Coast, Takoradi, Axim, Akim Oda, Tarkwa, Obuasi, and its immediate environs are all engulfed in cloudiness.

However, certain areas down-south are as well receiving rains with slight thunderstorms.

Such areas include: Koforidua, Sefwi Bekwai, and Kumasi.

The indigenes are around the mentioned towns need to be on the look out.

Further, the middle part of Ghana which has towns like: Goaso, Kintampo, Kete Krachi and others are as well cloudy all over.

These conditions are likely to be extended to the early afternoon to the late evening.

The severity of the day lives the average temperature from the early morning through to the evening at 22, 29 and 24 in the Northern sector.

Additionally, these conditions affects up-north as well.

With essential towns like Damongo, Tamale, Bawku, Yendi, Wa, Nalerigu, Bole, Bolgatanga and others all being cloudy this morning.

Again, the cloudiness this morning will transit into the afternoon through to the evening as well.

The partly cloudy weather conditions will as well be filled with slight showers of rains and thunderstorms.

This will put the average temperature rate in the northern sector at 24 and 31 degrees.

As the temperature rises, this phenomenon will leave the sea at a rough rate.

The general public by this communique released by the Ghana Meteorological Agency ( GMA) is to caution all to be mindful of the weather conditions throughout the day.

The agency further made known that any unexpected rises in the weather will be communicated to all.
