U/W: GES Circuit Supervisor's Motorbike Stolen

A Royal GY150 motorbike belonging to the Ghana Education Service has been stolen in the Jirapa Municipality of Upper West Region.

The Bike which is black in color with registration number M-20-GV 875 was discovered to have been missing at 7pm last Night 29th of April 2021. The bike was parked at Engine Pare near Jirapa New Market.

Theft cases have been an issue in Jirapa Municipality lately and has resulted in loss of property.


"It has just been reported that a Royal Motor cycle Bike with registration number M-20-GV 875, BLACK in colour belonging to GES was picked at Engine Pare near Jirapa New Market around 7:00pm last night. Anyone with information about it should immediately draw the attention of the police or report to GES Jirapa"

The Royal Motorbikes were distributed by Government in 2020 as part of efforts to boost the performance of circuit supervisors during travelling and monitoring in their circuits, these bikes were handed over to the regional education directorates to be forwarded to the various districts.
