
At Darocha taxi rank, a neighborhood of Taifa in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana, two suspected thieves were beaten to a pulp, with one of them passing away there and then at the scene.
The Media team was able to speak with a local resident at Taifa in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana who claimed that the neighborhood has been plagued by criminals for some time and that a tricycle (aboboyaa) was taken two weeks ago.
He claims they returned to stealing this morning when they were apprehended by the locals, lynching one which caused his death and leaving the other in a very ill state with kin sign of life left him.
According to reports in the community at Taifa in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana, the deceased was an Uber driver who had allegedly turned to theft.
