Ghana is a country that from the look of things, the moment it's inhabitants behind to amend certain things they do, will finally make it to it's destination as other developed countries.
One of the very respectable intellectuals, important human resource and dignitaries, Apostle Kwadjo Safo Kantanka during the celebration made a very inspiring and touching video in which he spoke a lot about things we are doing that are not helping us as a nation.
Poverty is one thing that we normally attribute to the reason why the country keeps struggling to develop, but fact speaking jealousy is a very strong weapon that can lead to instant retrogression in any society. Why do we envy others when they make it instead of rejoicing with them? As a nation, jealousy is one thing we must all shy away from in order to grow together.
The fact that an individual hails from a different ethnic background should not be a hindrance to our working together.
Be it an Ewe, Ga, Krobo, Fanti and what have you, we must see ourselves to be one people with a common vision statement heart instead of creating ethnic division for that can lead to apathy and subsequently destroy the little the nation has acquired together.
Let us also believe in ourselves that irrespective of our colour and race, we have great potentials and talents within us that can help us develop as individuals and in the long run have positive impact on ourselves.
To even talk under observation, you would realize Africans possess one of the greatest intellectuals but the idea of these persons are confined, thus we do not realise it.
He went on to state that, Ghanaians should believe in themselves and always remember that every single individual was made to be successful but all one needs to do to attain this success is to have a positive mindset so that they can nurture that in their actions.
