Breaking: Reverend Owusu Bempah Rushed To Police Hospital

Founding director of Glorious Word and Power Ministry International (GWPMI), headquartered in Accra, Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah have been rushed to the Police hospital in Accra following his arrest on Monday, September 14, 2021.

The Pastor together with other 3 members of his church were remanded into police custody for allegedly issuing threats, disturbing peace with weapons and attacking police officers on Sunday. The arrest follows viral videos which captured the popular preacher in the company of others threatening repented Fetish Priest, now Evangelist Patricia Asieduaa popularly known as Nana Agradaa at her residence.

The Police service in attempt to curb the outrageous act by the Pastor and his followers prosecuted the Minister in charge which evenly led to his remand into the police custody. Few hours after his arrest, the Pastor has allegedly been rushed to the Police hospital in Accra to receive immediate medical attention after he showed some signs of illness.

Other sources reveal that the police service have deployed some Policemen to be at the hospital whilst the Pastor receives medical attention and will be sent back to cells after he has been discharged from the hospital.
