The chief of the community towed on a plea made by the youth of the community to him after a 13-year-old girl was gang-raped after sustaining cutlass wounds from unknown Fulani herdsmen.
The 13-year-old who's currently battling for her life after that wicked distasteful act.
Her mother narrated that upon seeing these men who were armed with guns and machetes fled into her room to seek cover but the Fulani men shot through the doors making them have access to them.
She lamented that her daughter advised her to keep quiet and remain calm or else they will lose their lives.
After the Fulani demanded their values which they willingly gave out, they rather dragged her daughter outside into a bush and gang-raped her with a machete.
The youth responded in anger in seeking instant revenge whenever these Fulani men bring their cattle for grazing.
The chief speaking to Citi News, said “the father told us that the four Fulani herdsmen raped her daughter after she was found naked in the bush by some persons in the village.”
In response to the angry youth, the Chief said “I know the law so I told them not to take the law into their hands so I want the Police to investigate the matter and bring the perpetrators to book.”
“If that is not done, I will wage war against Fulani herdsmen in my community,” he added
The youth vowed to take rapt action should there be a delay in bringing these perpetrators to book and be dealt with accordingly.
Failure of this any Fulani herdsmen that will be found around their community will be brutally dealt with any second thought of remorse or whatsoever.
