Accra Circle is a very busy place in the nation's capital of Ghana. Everybody who knows the place call circle will accept the fact that phone business is all over that area.
If someone is at that place and is not careful, a lot of bad things can happen to him or her. Stealing of mobile phones, snatching of bags, Phone fraud and what have you are all some bad practices that are very prevalent in Accra Circle.
A police man received the beating of his life at circle yesterday. This police man was on his way to meet a friend when he say some group of people disputing over a phone. The police man called Night Okai approached and the case was that a phone seller was refusing to give out a phone to a buyer after negotiations. The police stepped in and the seller agreed to give the phone to the buyer. The seller decided to give the buyer a fake phone and the police noticed that and thwarted the act. This saw a group of guys coming out to beat the police man to a point of bleeding.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Juliana Obeng has come out to condemn the act by the Circle boys.
I hope they catch them and put them before tbe law.
