An angry wife has butchered the love of her life, the woman known as Mary Quaye has inflicted serious cutlass wounds on her husband in what she deems as "self-defense" after her husband hit her with a piece of wood.
The Agona Duakwa Police in the Central Region has swiftly arrested Madam Mary Quaye for having wounded her husband as how it's alleged. Mr. Abraham Acquah on Monday suffered serious cutlass wounds, inflicted on him by his wife.
According to reports, Mr. Acquah angered her wife by hitting her with a piece of wood during a hot argument. The wife, who couldn't keep her calmness immediately retaliated by drawing a cutlass, she went on to cut her husband.
The husband, Mr. Abraham was later sent to Agona Swedru Government Hospital for treatment.
Mary has since been in police custody and investigations has been initiated.
