Social media has seen sad moments and announcements that are breathtaking as notifications on sad happenings of missing individuals hit various platforms.
It's just so pathetic that individuals have not found after they've been reported missing. The continual disappearance of persons is a red flag for a peaceful country like Ghana.
Statistics provided by the Ghana police service into reported cases of missing individuals highlight a rapid leap increase into missing individuals.
They pegged this as not ordinary, hence pleaded with other security bodies and private security firms to throw their weight of support as they dig deep into these disappearing of individuals.
From a carful study it can be deduced that rapid a rapid increase of over 60 percent has been recorded so far from 2020-2021 alone.
The worrying part of the puzzle is the fact that 90 percent of these missing persons have not be found nor have a trackable clue over their where about.
Females and children have by far become victims of these disappearing in the country.
What are we not doing right?
