The rate at which some people are killing their loved ones and parents in this country is becoming unbearable. Some of these young men kill their loved ones and parents for money rituals. Some also kill them for minor reason or no reason.
Just this afternoon, a young man named Kofi Yesu has just stabbed his own mother over five Ghana Cedis note. This incident happened this afternoon at Prampram.
When our crew heard of this sad news, we decided to go there and everything that happened was true. The murder named Kofi Yesu really killed his own mother over five Ghana Cedis note. So we decided to ask the murderer what came over him for , committing this murder.
According to the murderer, his five Ghana Cedis note got missing this afternoon and he knows that his mother will fall victim to this. So he went straight to his mother with a knife in his hands and when he realised he has just killed his mother. According to him, he has regretted for committing this crime since he was influenced by a hard drug he took in the morning.
We were not allowed to take pictures of the deceased due to certain reasons.
As I am talking now, Kofi Yesu has been arrested by the police officers and his mother has been sent to the mortuary for further investigation.
This is a very sad news which has just happen at Prampram this afternoon.
