Zanetor Rawlings Who is the eldest daughter of the late Jerry John Rawlings has shared some pictures about how she was able to boldly lit up the perpetual flame which was only performed by his father Jerry John Rawlings.
According to reports and Photo coroboration, Zanetor Rawlings did that in honor of her late father Jerry John Rawlings who ruled the West African country Ghana for long.
The perpetual flame which is a symbol of liberty, power and authority is lit once every year to remind Ghanaians especially members of the opposition National Democratic Congress NDC about the principle of probity and accountability.
Dr Zanetor Rawlings who doubles as a member of Parliament for the good people of Korle Klotey Constituency was flanked by some old cadres of his father's revolution.
In attendance were some Ga Chiefs and other invited guest. Probably, looking at how she stepped in the shoes of her father, she may be doing this annually and probably try a higher office to seal the aura.
