Researchers claim that every individual has something on their body they wish to change, modify or add to their body.
It comes as no surprise that a lot of people are self-conscious about their appearance, and in order to improve their appearance, they spend a lot of money on cosmetic surgery. Today we'll talk about a 64-year-old woman who spent $60, 000 to make herself look 24.
Cindy Jackson was born on April 24, 1956, and she earned her bachelor's degree in art from the Royal College of Art at Ohio State University in the United States of America.
Cindy Jackson had 52 cosmetic surgeries on her body, including filler injections, three facelifts, tooth whitening, and more, according to reports, with the total cost of her surgery reported to be around $60,000.
She is reportedly a well-known consultant, author, and well-known television personality in the United States.
Currently, she holds the Guiness world record for the highest number of cosmetic surgeries ever done on a single individual.
Whilst a lot of people abhors changing ones looks through cosmetic surgery, a good number of people, at the very least see no foul in this. The latter group believes that a persons self confidence can be boosted by changing the way he or she looks, and that fundamentally is not a crime.
The former group also claim that in spite of what we do to our bodies, we will all die. Hence, they claim that it is basically a wrong way of using both human and capital resources.
