It Being four years now, when Twenty people, mostly students at Wenchi Methodist Senior High School, on an excursion, lost their lives while over 21 others injuries after trees crashed on them following a heavy rainstorm on Sunday, March 19, 2017. Mr. Daniel Alubadek, a geography facilitator of the Wenchi Methodist Senior High School, was the only teacher who organized and led them on the excursion to the Kintampo waterfalls and suffered a disaster. He was able to survive the disasters as am speaking He is still in a wheelchair.
Speaking in an interview on Angel tv News, He disclosed that, he has been paying his hospital bills Since 2017. Not even a single help from GES but currently he received a letter from Ghana education service to start work soon otherwise his name shall be removed from the pay list.
