Despite efforts to get him do the needful, Mr. Wanyah refused to appear before the court after being summoned on two different occasions, April 28, and  May 6, 2021.

As his companies are not captured into the system, he has allegedly not paid his workers’ contributions to the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT).

Several attepts by officials of SSNIT in the region to get these establishments registered hit the rock.

Reports detailed that Mr. Makafui Wanyah has a radio station and a number of gas filling stations to his name.
