Many houses and shops have been destroyed at Sakaman Blue Lagoon by unknown men

Over 50 shops and houses have been obliterated at Sakaman Blue Lagoon, a suburb of Dansoman in the Greater Accra Region.

Occupants say the land proprietors gave them a clearing notice which closes in September, 2022.

As per Adom News' Kwame Anum, the casualties have been left abandoned.

A considerable lot of them couldn't gather their possessions as they observed weakly while the tractors broke into the designs.Property worth a huge number of cedis are said to have been lost in the rubble.

Shops and houses annihilated at Sakaman Blue Lagoon.The impacted occupants say there were making progress toward the two-month cutoff time by which time they would have moved.

However, they were shocked when the obscure men drove by a gathering of formally dressed cops appeared on Friday, July 15.

The impacted inhabitants are requiring a discount, referring to a rent agreement they have with the head of the area.

This isn't the first of such an episode this week.

On July 12, the Ghana Grid Company (GRIDCo) drove a taskforce to obliterate unlawful designs sited under a portion of its high strain lines in the Ayawaso West Wuogon Municipality.

The move, as per GRIDCo, frames part of endeavors to diminish the developing human exercises around its shafts.
