On Monday, May 17, 2021, sad news surfaced the internet. A 16-year-old final year student of Miracle Senior High School identified as Leticia has committed suicide.
The incident that happened in the Sunyani East municipality took everyone by surprise. Found dead hanging in the school dining hall by her colleagues, the police were invited to come for the body and deposit it at the morgue.
As many Ghanaians heard the news, they started sharing condolence messages to her parents and friends. As the news broke out, everyone kept asking why a beautiful and vibrant lady will bring such torrential pain to her parents. Could it be relationship matter or what?
Just as the condolences were pouring in, one comment on the Opera News platform caught my attention. The handler by the name of Penninah Amponsah, who is suspected to be a friend of Leticia wrote that: pls Leticia didn't commit suicide. Stop saying that.
This comment came to me as a surprise as I suspect there could be more information about what we are told. However, Folkxhub will, after the lady sober off, find out more from her about the matter.
Until then, stay in touch and follow me by clicking on the "follow" sign above.
Other Ghanaians too shared their sorrow for her:
