Delegations to Rwanda is just a waste of national resources.
It seems our leaders in this nation are interested in only wasting the National resources.
Ghana has been experiencing poor sanitation for years die to the fact that we do not have well structured principles to guide us.
Back in the days, I mean the olden days, we have an entity which makes sure that every Community is well sanitized with good or better environment. We usually call the entity as the Town Counsel, the are responsible for the well keep of our sanitations back in the days.
Who are you not to clean your environment before they arrive?. People used to fear them which makes people to always do the right things before the arrive to Communities.
Those delegations in Uganda is just a waste of your resources that could be used to help the needy.
If Ghana wants a good sanitation, they should allow every Community to be control by the sub leaders such as Chiefs, Assembly men MCE, DCE and others to punctually control and make sure that various Communities are well kept.
Without this, delegations can go to heaven to study the sanitation system and still we will fail as a nation.
